Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline:

• Standard delivery: 2–3 working days from the date of payment.
• Deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take longer.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Method:
All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Cost (South Africa only):
Flat rate of R150 nationwide.
We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.

Delivery Responsibility:
While we take every precaution to securely package your order, Anabolic Warehouse is not responsible for damage, loss, or breakage after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed:

• A confirmation page will appear.
• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
• If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk mail folders.

Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll email you tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (medicines and health supplements), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
• We will do our best to resolve the issue.

We are committed to maintaining high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and a confirmation screen is displayed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
